YVB Pickleball
When sport meets purpose, the energy becomes something bigger than competition. The Young Visionaries Board's annual Pickleball Tournament brings together Phoenix's community at the historic Phoenix Country Club for an evening where friendly rivalry and fundraising converge.

About the project
The Pickleball Tournament represents the Young Visionaries Board's commitment to creating inclusive fundraising events that appeal to Phoenix's active community. Our team was tasked with capturing the full experience of the evening at Phoenix Country Club, from the competitive energy on the courts to the celebratory atmosphere at the after-party. We documented the tournament bracket progression, the moments of teamwork between doubles partners, and the connections formed throughout the event. This coverage needed to reflect both the accessibility of the sport and the meaningful cause driving participation.
final results
The final deliverables provided the Young Visionaries Board with dynamic visual assets that showcase the tournament's competitive spirit and community impact. Our coverage captured the energy of match play, the venue's elegant setting, and the sense of purpose that transforms a sporting event into a meaningful fundraiser for Foundation for Blind Children. These assets give the organization promotional content to attract future participants and sponsors, demonstrate the tournament's growth trajectory, and honor the Bertenshaw family's dedication to supporting vision services for children across Arizona.
"The event was awesome and we absolutely loved the event recap footage. Filming and sharing the mission and experience of the event is exactly why it keeps growing!"
